Question: Where is my serial #?

Answer: Serial numbers are required for our rebate form in order to ensure that only one rebate is applied issued per product sold.  Serial #’s are located in the following locations: 

• Indigo
• Oasis
• Onyx
• Raven
• Trio
• Trio Clip
• Trio TV5
• MOVES
• Rythm
• Zodiac

Motherboards

• Usually located on top of the parallel port (If there is no parallel port, it wil be near the PS2 header) 

******Exception—Models P4M800, MS945g-GLV, P4MSD800/D2, MSA2-6100V, MSNV-939 and MK8-939.  The serial # on these are located on the bottom of the motherboard.  It will begin with the model number then follow with a list of numbers******

Headphones

• On a sticker on the product packaging

Cartunes and Cartunes Deluxe

• The serial number is the entire number located on the back of the product on a white sticker, and starts with the MK
  

Question: My rebate form is requiring the original invoice, can I send a copy? 

Answer: At this particular time, if the form is requesting the original, please send only the original invoice.  Do not send a copy.
