Page 1 of 3 BIOS updates are written in order to correct specific issues within a BIOS. If the BIOS update you have downloaded does not describe a fix for a specific problem you are having, then updating the BIOS will more than likely have no effect on your system. While updating your BIOS, if you experience a power outage while flashing your BIOS, improperly flash your BIOS, or flash the wrong file into your BIOS, you can irreparably damage your motherboard. I have a MSNV-939, MK8-939A, MSA26100, MS945G, P4MST-890, or P4MSD-800/D2 motherboard I have a motherboard model not listed above
