Mach Speed Technologies is currently processing rebates for all purchases in the month of:

October  2012

If your purchase date was in the month of November  2012 or later, please do not create a ticket as we will be unable to do a research request until we have processed all rebates for that month. We anticipate rebates for October 2012 purchases to be mailed by

1/15/2013

If you have submitted a rebate to us for purchases made on or prior to 10/28/2012, please read below:

To better service our customers, Mach Speed has adopted a ticket system to help you submit a research request for the status of your rebate. On the next page you will be asked to create a new ticket concerning your research request. After you create this ticket, you will be issued a ticket ID #.

PLEASE write this number down, as it will identify you for all further communication.

Only create one ticket per item purchased. multiple tickets per item will create confusion that can delay your response

All tickets are responded to in the order they are received. Most tickets are answered the same or next business day.

Please do not submit a ticket if your purchase was on or after 11/1/2012.
Please use the "My Tickets" link on the next page if you have created a ticket in the past and you have further questions. DO NOT CREATE A NEW TICKET as this will only delay your response.
